EIGHT!!!
Amazing guy. You make it look really easy. Funny end part! ahaha! Thanks for the time you spent in this videos.
Thanks! You’ll love my entire new beginner lesson series at tapdancelessons(dot)com.
Rod
it is awsome!
Both, sort of. In this video I have Capezio tap sneakers which I no longer wear and don’t recommend. I have a pair of Capezio K360′s I’ve worn for the last couple of years, and continue to wear for new videos. For my “daily drivers” I wear a pair of tennis shoes with taps on them because of a toe condition. If you are a beginner something like a capezio cg09 or cg55 should do just fine.

Do you use soft or hard sole shoes
Thank you very much. Your kind words are really appreciated. You should look at my updates lessons at tapdancelessons(dot)com.

I watched the previous lesson, then this one and got all the steps. Thanks for taking your time to teach rather than speed through it and show off moves.
Thank you, I’m glad you liked the lesson.

Comfort, comfort, comfort! They need to fit well and be comfortable. Other than that it’s pretty much personal choice. Don’t buy the bargain basement $20 shoes. They normally run $35-85 with a big chunk of them coming in arou $50-60. Stick with name brands like Capezio, Leos, or Bloch. You check my forum at unitedtaps(dot)com (in the “more” section) as I think there have been a couple discussions about shoes. Good luck.

What should I look for if I want to buy good tap shoes?
And how much money tap shoes usually are?
Thanks for your lessons!
You’re a fantastic teacher!
Thank you kindly!
