how many hours of home practice do i need for each ballet lesson?

Question by Rose: how many hours of home practice do i need for each ballet lesson?
each lesson is about 45 mins & i go once a week, i also take a flexibility class too.
im in grade 3 & need to know how many hours of home practice i need to do for each ballet lesson?
do you have any tips for home practice?

if you practice like 30 mins a night it should be fine 🙂 just go over everything you did in class that week

because you dont do many classes, practicing at home alot will really help you

    well, i’d say that you should first see how much free time you’ve got. but i think you should do 15-20 minutes every day or so.

    well because you have very few classes you should practice about an hour every day besides the day of your lesson. but NEVER strain yourself.

    Whenever you have free time then practice a little . Don’t try any extreme warm ups or tricks by yourself. If your really dedicated to ballet then every spare second you have use it by practicing.

    Ive been dancing ballet for 7 years and have done 28 shows in major theaters so I hope this helps.
